Macro Decommissioning market analysis

Some info from a Subsea market analysis presentation below, I gave in 2019.

It’s obviously highly sanitised, using macro market analysis (in this case subsea decom) to support investor decisions and planning.

We have similar for Wells, platform removals etc. Typically these are comparing line of sight project scopes (checked against estimated costs/durations, inventory and out turn costs etc) against industry metrics and coming up with a robust p50 forecasts and ROI.

Tier 2 tech pioneers use this info to build investment plans and business growth strategies and pursue business growth (pursuit planning) etc.

Tier 1 contractors use this to build forecasts and commitments

Operators use this info to judge market pinch points.
